Local Procurement Learning Partnership acts as a catalyst for positive transformation within the sector. Formed of a community of practice including in the humanitarian sector, the partnership is based on learning, knowledge sharing, networking and coordination around the appropriate and timely use of local procurement in humanitarian response.
